The high chrome and nickel content with molybdenum make this alloy a superior choice for applications in the chemical, food and refinery industries. Use Reverse Polarity (DCEP)

Recommended Settings:
.030 Diameter – 17-26 volts, 50-200 amps, 15 gas flow (ft3/hr)
.035 Diameter – 18-27 volts, 60-210 amps, 15 gas flow (ft3/hr)
.045 Diameter – 18-30 volts, 125-300 amps, 20 gas flow (ft3/hr)

Best Practices

The base metal must be cleaned completely.
Use stainless steel wire brush and clean oxide on multi-pass welds.
